- The Coach is not responsible or liable for any actions, inactions, or direct or indirect outcomes of the services provided. Clients understand and agree that coaching does not guarantee specific results, such as obtaining a job, promotion, or successfully influencing others
- Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, other psychological services, or financial, legal, or business advice. Client is fully responsible for choices, decisions, and actions arising from work with Coach.
- 30 days’ notice must be given to cancel services or to adjust changes in scope and rate outside of scheduled periodic check-ins. 'Scope' refers to any changes in the frequency, duration, or nature of coaching services provided.
- Coach will respond to communication (email, WhatsApp) within 24 hours during a business week of Monday through Friday, starting at 11:00 AM ET Monday and ending at 5:00 PM ET Friday.
- Coach and Client will alert one another of upcoming time out of office with as much advance notice as possible.
- Client will provide at least 24 hours advance notice if they need to reschedule. If notice is given within 24 hours of a scheduled meeting, Coach cannot guarantee rescheduling and full monthly rate will be billed
- Everything that you say during our coaching sessions remains confidential, subject to the law. The expectation is that the results of the coaching show up outside the coaching and in your work. The only exceptions are if you tell me about an intent to harm yourself or others; if you share that you are doing something illegal; or if you accuse me of doing something that requires me to defend myself.
- Confidentiality in Group Setting (if applicable): Content of coaching sessions between Client, Coach, and other group members cannot be shared outside the group unless all parties specifically agree to, or unless a participant's personal safety or legal liability or security is jeopardized. Group members agree to maintain confidentiality of all information shared by other participants during group sessions.
- The Coach may take notes during coaching sessions to track the progress, goals, and discussions of the Client. These notes will be used exclusively to enhance the coaching process. Additionally, the Coach may utilize AI technology to assist in note-taking, analysis, tracking progress, or providing personalized recommendations. All personal data will be handled with the utmost care, in compliance with privacy laws, and used exclusively for coaching purposes. Clients acknowledge and consent to the use of AI tools as part of their coaching experience.
